A warm friendly welcome awaits at our delightful hotel consisting of three 'Grade II' listed Georgian buildings and two converted coach houses. Standing in landscaped award winning gardens, with ample car parking, the hotel remains a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the 'Fine City' of Norwich.

We are ideally situated for a 10 minute stroll in to the city centre. Perfect for visiting the numerous historic attractions of Norwich as well as the beautiful Norfolk Broads.

Covid-19 Update

Due to Government guidance, we must request all guests to wear a face covering when in public areas. This includes reception, corridors and our lounge. If using our bar and restaurant, face coverings may be removed once you are seated.

 Please note, due to new Government guidance put in place on 24/09/2020 our bar and restaurant both close at 10pm.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any reservations from non-residents for the use of our bar and restaurant facilities at this time.

We have a dedicated, long established team and have always had high standards of cleanliness and comfort. We currently have extra cleaning procedures in place for all guest touch points throughout the hotel, sanitising all public areas and guest rooms thoroughly. We are also using UV technology to reduce bacteria and microorganisms in guest rooms prior to use. We have social distancing signage and hand sanitiser stations in place throughout the hotel, staff are protected with PPE and we have a protective screen at reception. All of our new procedures are in line with the 'Quality in Tourism Safe, Clean and Legal' guidelines.

During this time our housekeeping team are unable to service rooms during your stay. This is to ensure the safety of both our guests and our team. If you require any extra towels, linen, toiletries or tea/coffee items these can be requested through reception.
